Dr. Ambedkar Research and Training Institute, Pune is an initiative of the Maharashtra State Government in the social sector as an important and integral part of its policy of promoting Social Justice for establishing sustainable social equality.

The institute aims to engage into initiatives, activities and programs of larger social causes as was envisioned by Bharat Ratna Dr. B R Ambedkar.

The Institute undertakes conducting training programmes, encouraging research activities and publications that will help us build a healthy Indian society with social equality
